3、For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's scooter or bike will no longer be eligible for any services provided by Richbit.

This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters such as typhoons, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, or extreme weather conditions. Additionally, incidents such as fires, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are also excluded from warranty coverage.
All claims to this warranty must be made through Richbit. and submitted to richbit bike@outlook.com. Proofs of purchase (i.e., invoice or order number) and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at richbit bike@outlook.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Richbit within 1 years of initial purchase.
Richbit will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
You can contact us to provide you with suggestions to solve the problem, and the required accessories will be purchased by the customer at his own expense.
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact richbit bike@outlook.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

For repair services, Richbit will only provide free replacement parts.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Richbit shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Richbit has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Electric Bike
The battery by our long-term supplier is efficient and long-lasting energy sources. Like all modern lithium-ion batteries they are prone to natural degradation, even when not in use. You can positively influence longevity by storing the battery at temperatures between 0°C and 20°C and charged between 30% and 60% of maximum capacity.
1) lithium-ion batteries should be stored in a cool, dry, and safe environment.
2) Avoid placing the lithium-ion battery close to heat sources, open flames, flammable or explosive gases, liquids, which may cause battery leakage, heat, smoke, fire, and explosion.
3) If the lithium battery needs to be stored for a long time (more than one month), it is recommended to charge it to 40%-60%. The storage time should be recharged for 1-2 hours per month.
4) The battery must be charged within 24 hours after the battery is completely discharged, and the charging time is not less than 3 hours.
5) It is strictly forbidden to expose the electric vehicle to the sun under high temperatures.
6) Charging is best charged according to standard time and standard method, 4-6 hours is appropriate, especially do not carry over 12 hours of ultra-long charging, overcharge and over-discharge will cause huge damage to the lithium battery.
7) Avoid “try to run out of battery power, it is best to use automatic shutdown”, this is wrong, you should charge the lithium-ion battery after each use, more charging.

Bicycles and batteries do not need to be purchased separately, we will deliver the battery and bicycle for your delivery. If you need an extra second battery, you need to buy it separately!
For your safety, check the following points before every ride:
– Check the working condition of these electric parts, LCD Display, throttle, front light, horn, assisted pedaling function, battery.
– Check all nuts and bolts. In particular, check that the wheel quick-releases are well seated and if necessary tighten.
– Check the handlebar and stem for damage and replace it if necessary.
– Check brakes for proper function and if necessary adjust.
– Check tire pressure, and observe the maximum pressure ratings printed on the tire wall.
– Check the tire tread. – Check lighting and safety equipment.
– Check that the grips are securely fitted to the handlebars and check for wear.
– On bikes with rear suspension, check all threaded fastenings on the suspended parts for tightness, and check for play in the pivots.
There is indeed a maximum permissible overall weight for all our bikes. It consists of the bike’s weight, the rider’s weight, and the luggage carried.
The following maximum permissible overall weight of RICH BIT bikes is as follows:
Fat bike: 180 kg
Mountain bike: 150 kg
Folding bike: 120 kg

Yes. RICH BIT bike normally has 3 operation modes, pure electric power mode, pedal-assisted mode, and pure pedal mode.
We recommend you to put a protective cover on the outside of the battery in case of rain so that the battery can not be easily damaged.
That depends on the tire. Each type of tire has its own maximum pressure rating, depending on the type of tire and its intended purpose. The maximum pressure is given on the sidewall of every tire. Bicycle pumps with pressure gauges are useful. Well-inflated tires reduce the risk of punctures and reduce wear – and of course, they make riding easier!
It is a brushless motor. Generally, it can work over 45-50km, sometimes it depends on the specific capacity of battery and power of the motor.
